Key Responsibilities:
- Instruction on how to deal with clients and staff members who ask the front desk for information.
- Administrative abilities – Instruction in a variety of administrative duties, including coordinating with staff members and issuing badges.
- Answer the questions and concerns of the client.
- Instruction on how to use the programme to create work orders and request resources for building and housekeeping services as needed.
- Training on maintaining shared space equipment to ensure effectiveness. coordination of events training.
- Providing top-notch customer service to both internal and external applicants.
- Coordinating candidate inquiries, providing candidate care, and streamlining candidate-related processes.
- Assistance with sourcing and candidate screening for recruitment.
- Planning and carrying out of events and engagements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completed B.Com, BBA, BA, and BBM. (Non-Engineering degrees)
- You must have graduated in 2022 and 2023.
- Must be available for a 12-month term beginning in September or October 2023.
Preferred skills:
- Basic familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication abilities, enthusiasm for learning,
- “can do” attitude, proactive involvement, a willingness to find answers, and the ability to work well with others.
