Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume scheduling transactions and other assigned tasks in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and actively participate in continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
- Maintain the highest quality standards while continuously enhancing the customer experience.
- Address customer queries promptly and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to process-level Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Handle critical processes that require in-depth analysis, strong attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Demonstrate proactive ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables.
- Work with datasets and perform tasks involving data handling and analysis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in Human Resources operations.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
- A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working in confidential environments while maintaining data privacy and confidentiality.
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources operations.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications.
