Key Responsibilities:
- Help general managers set up vendor accounts, pay freelancers, and negotiate contracts. Ensure prompt resolution of outstanding issues.
- Monitor personnel issues, including keeping a current headcount tracker up to date and aiding with problems involving our contractor population.
- Manage purchase orders utilising Ariba, the internal tool for procurement.
- Help a small group of executives make lodging and travel arrangements for professional trips, and make sure their associated bills are reconciled and submitted on time.
- Ensure that all reports are correct, up to date, and simple to access when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
