Key Responsibilities:
- Offer Salesforce customers first-rate phone and email technical help.
- Help with general best practises, such as managing users, managing data, and creating reports and dashboards
- Identify instances that would benefit from expert assistance or account executive action.
- Salesforce allows you to keep track of all customer communications and case paperwork.
- Observe customary support practices and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
