Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with routine reactive concerns via chat and email with customers.
  • Follow the SLA and set processes for handling issues with Outlook.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for sellers and account managers with regard to concerns such as defect review and removal, eMBG case review and auctioning, technical issues, product issues, and issues linked to standards and policies that may impede the growth of sales.
  • Resolve issues for merchants of any specific eBay restriction on growth and sales (including defect reviews/removal, eMBG case review/action, technical issues, standards-related issues, and policy-related concerns).
  • Inform the account manager and other important stakeholders of timely findings.
  • Share knowledge gained from solving an interesting or original problem with the team during daily huddles.
  • Be understanding of the client’s needs and show a sincere willingness to assist in finding a solution.
  • Use negotiation and influence when necessary to promote eBay and/or the consumer.
  • Summarise and provide management client feedback

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate

Preferred skills:

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Understanding how to assess data and provide quality insight is a bonus for this profession.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying information clearly and empathetically to customers.
  • The ability to actively listen to customer concerns and needs is crucial for providing personalized and relevant assistance.
  • Being adept at identifying and resolving customer issues and inquiries efficiently and creatively.
  • Maintaining composure and remaining patient, especially when dealing with irate or frustrated customers.
