Key Responsibilities:
- All new lease agreements should be abstracted into the Real Estate Technology System (RETS).
- Create Tenant Improvement (TI) summaries for new leases; include money, dates, funding needs, and, if relevant, highlight sunset rules.
- Updating any new vendors and vendor changes through the accounts payable system is part of maintaining rent vendor information.
- Participate in the monthly rent run by creating a spreadsheet for analysis, a backup of your invoices, and a month-to-month comparison.
- For all payments from subtenants, issue cash receipts.
- Process subtenants’ monthly bills, taking into account yearly rent increases.
- Create and maintain worksheets for trending analysis for annual operational expense increases.
- To assist the local facilities team with decommissioning office space, provide a lease surrender checklist.
- Make a report to inform management of any building ownership changes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate degree (BBA/ B.Com/ BA/ B.Sc/ BCA) only.
Preferred skills:
- 0 to 1 year of professional experience with proficiency in Excel.
- Preferable experience working for an American company.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint computer applications.
- Pay close attention to detail for accuracy that can be relied on.
