Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating programmes to increase employee engagement (team-based or organizational-wide).
• Hosting and planning the engagement programmes.
• Gathering feedback once the event is over.
• Create ideas and material to attract attention.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Preferred skills:

• Has good communication skills and is generally innovative.
• A keen eye for detail and excellent communication abilities.
• The capacity to foster an environment that is interactive and high-energy.
• Freshmen are encouraged to apply; they should be extroverted and able to communicate with others.
• Energetic (ideally someone with many extracurricular activities).
• Should be stationed in Bangalore and prepared to work two to three days per week.
