Key Responsibilities:
- Support Data Assurance Risk Leads to support Each risk types of Data Governance, Data Use, Data Quality, Data Protection, Data Storage, Retention & Destruction and Data Classification.
- Understand the as is Process, Uplift the current Process, and provide Optimized To-BE-Process to support Data Assurance Governance Capabilities. End-to-End management of risks from initial design of controls to execution.
- Leverage Automation and Dashboards Skills for the Manual Process to Digital Transformation.
- Collaborate with Firm wide Data Assurance Team, Community and Tech Team to bring Centre of Excellence and Best Practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Banking and Financial services industry experience in data governance, business controls, data/risk management or technology controls preferred.
- BA/BSc degree (Risk Management, Business, Economics, Finance & Accounting preferred; all majors considered)
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of control and risk management concepts with the ability to evaluate controls, create procedure and process flows in conjunction with business and control partners
- Worked in any of the Data Risks like Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Risk Management role
- Ability to Build Dashboards, Automations for Process uplift and transformation. Experience in business intelligence tools (Alteryx, Python, QlikSense/Tableau)
- Collaboration with Firm wide and Data Assurance team to support Functions. Experience coordinating projects or processes across multiple teams/constituents
- Advanced analytic and problem-solving skills, including business process and root cause analysis, solution identification
- Data Risk Management Audit, Control and Governance.
- Knowledge of Global Data Privacy Laws, Regulations, and requirements
