Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and functional requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and solution outcomes.
- Lead requirements gathering and business analysis activities for Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Finance, and AI/ML integration initiatives.
- Analyze current business processes and design future-state solutions by translating client requirements into actionable recommendations and process improvements.
- Drive the integration of Generative AI and advanced AI/ML technologies to enhance product capabilities and deliver measurable business value.
- Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, while prioritizing requirements based on business impact and stakeholder needs.
- Manage project planning, execution, and delivery activities to ensure successful outcomes within agreed timelines and client expectations.
- Provide end-user training, guidance, and ongoing support to facilitate the successful adoption of implemented solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct solution walkthroughs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training programs focused on IT General Controls (ITGC) and process automation best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning concepts, tools, and applications.
- Possess hands-on experience in Business Analysis, including the preparation of Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and User Stories.
- Have a solid understanding of finance and banking domain processes, systems, and industry best practices.
- Exhibit expertise in client engagement, stakeholder management, and business process mapping to identify and deliver effective solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile development environments.
