Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications to support effective solution development.
- Understand the complexities of business applications and drive system enhancements, process improvements, and business process reengineering initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to optimize processes and procedures while reducing operational costs.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of governance standards across the project portfolio, including tracking, monitoring, and reporting on project deliverables and milestones.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to communicate project schedules, implementation progress, and status updates effectively.
- Partner with the PMO Manager to develop and maintain IT Project Standards, incorporating input from Project Managers, QA teams, Engineering teams, and Associate Project Managers to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Possess training, certification, or relevant coursework in Artificial Intelligence, Prompt Engineering, or related emerging technologies.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrate expertise in Prompt Engineering, including the ability to design and optimize complex AI prompts to address business challenges and improve operational outcomes.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflow needs, and recommend effective automation solutions.
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable workflows to automate repetitive tasks and optimize business operations.
- Integrate Power Automate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other enterprise applications and services to support seamless business processes.
- Exhibit strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret information, develop insights, and present recommendations effectively.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrate familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI for creating dashboards and business insights.
