Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications by following modern software development practices within an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to design, build, and improve product features and functionality.
- Conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with established development standards.
- Participate in sprint planning sessions and contribute to the development and execution of product roadmaps.
- Perform software testing activities and support quality assurance processes to ensure reliable and high-performing solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide timely support and resolutions as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and team best practices.
- Support additional project-related activities and initiatives to achieve team objectives and business goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Have hands-on experience in software development, typically with 3+ years of professional or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in C#, the .NET Framework, and React.js for application development.
- Possess working knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, for source code management and collaboration.
- Have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, software design principles (including SOLID), and software architecture patterns.
- Demonstrate experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies and quality assurance practices.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities effectively, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Have experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies and unit testing frameworks.
- Possess familiarity with front-end development tools and libraries, including npm, webpack, and Material UI.
- Have exposure to industrial automation systems or related industry domains.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and the adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
