Key Responsibilities:
- Your primary interaction is within your team and your direct supervisor.
- You will be given detailed instructions on all tasks that need to be carried out, and the decisions that you make will impact your work.
- You will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day-to-day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders.
- You will be working closely with Reporting manager to effectively deliver on the requirements.
- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined focused scope of work.
- Service Desk support team which is responsible for performing day to day operations while maintaining SLAs & solving queries related to employee life cycle( Payroll, leave and exit ..etc).
- Processing of HR transactions & HR inputs processing for payroll etc.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduation ( Preferred MBA HR)
Preferred skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Process-orientation.
- 0- 2 years of experience.
