Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Help in creating and updating knowledge on the legacy platform
• Understand and evaluate the feasibility of the features demanded for knowledge products.
• Support the end users /consumers with their issues and queries
• Provide technical assistance in designing /structuring the knowledge products.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Pursuing / completed bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with demonstrated high academic achievement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Accuracy, attention to detail and adherence to committed timelines.
• Strong work ethic, service-mentality and a collaborative / team-player mindset.
• Effective written & verbal communication.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skills:

• Creating products using technical interfaces and tools.
• Strongly communicating within and outside the team.
• Suggesting designs and UI options to make the product look better.
• Understanding the customers and their needs.
• Root cause analysis to understand various issues encountered by end – users.
• Problem solving by using work arounds wherever possible.
