Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the service desk operations for Accounts Payable.
- Uphold quality and service standards to meet contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Execute day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and resolution of disputes by liaising with customers.
- Review service requests within defined support parameters, maintaining records, diagnosing, and troubleshooting customer incidents.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS-Excel & Word, along with knowledge of general accounting practices.
- Lead the transformation agenda for clients, enhancing finance function performance aligned with organizational strategies.
- Drive growth and expansion within existing F&A accounts across industry segments.
- Collaborate across Procure to Pay (PTP), Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC), Finance Processes (FPNA), Tax, and Treasury towers.
- Provide industry-leading insights, support engagements, conduct diagnostics, due diligence, and client co-design workshops.
- Facilitate transformation engagements and enhance existing client portfolios.
- Utilize digital F&A technologies, leading tools, automation, AI, and Analytics.
- Ensure compliance with service levels across designated workstreams.
- Propose and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Exhibit strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Manage and thrive under pressure, meeting demanding targets and deadlines.
- Possess effective time management abilities to deliver within specified timelines.
- Demonstrate resilience in handling challenges and overcoming obstacles.
