Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage data analytics to identify enhancement opportunities and generate actionable, granular insights while ensuring compliance with applicable Fraud Policies.
- Own and manage fraud rules, risk scores, detection strategies, and related fraud prevention measures.
- Analyze customer and transactional data to identify emerging fraud trends and develop and enhance fraud detection and prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven strategy recommendations based on trend analysis and implement effective fraud mitigation measures.
- Generate and manage regular and ad-hoc reports to support effective fraud monitoring and identify emerging trends and risks.
- Continuously assess manual and automated processes to identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct periodic reviews and develop MIS reports and dashboards to monitor fraud trends, performance, and outcomes.
- Communicate fraud-related insights and results effectively to internal stakeholders and business teams using advanced data visualization techniques.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- An Engineering or MBA background from a premier institute is preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or a related analytical role.
- Hands-on experience with SAS and SQL, along with mandatory proficiency in Python.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in fraud strategy, fraud processes, and/or fraud analytics is preferred but not mandatory.
