Key Responsibilities:
- Identifies data patterns and trends to provide insights for improving business decision-making in areas such as business planning, process enhancement, and solution assessment.
- Recommends actions for future development, strategic business opportunities, and operational policy enhancements.
- May participate in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis, and/or qualitative analysis.
- Translates data into insights into consumer or customer behavior to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, effectively communicating findings to business partners and senior leaders.
- Continuously enhances processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
- Collaborates closely with internal and external business partners to develop, implement, track, and improve decision strategies.
- Appropriately assesses risk in business decision-making processes, prioritizing the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This involves ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, exercising sound ethical judgment, and transparently managing and reporting control issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a university or equivalent experience is required.
Preferred skills:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and team members.
