Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism.
- Provide precise information and swiftly resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
- Aid customers with questions pertaining to products, services, or their accounts.
- Employ active listening techniques to comprehend customer needs and ensure their contentment.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company offerings, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer concerns.
- Document customer interactions meticulously and update records with accurate details.
- Escalate intricate or unresolved matters to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
- Recommend additional products or services as per procedural requirements.
- Fulfill all responsibilities within team and individual performance targets.
- Adapt to a 24*7 work environment, particularly night shifts, with ease.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate/ Undergraduate
Preferred skills:
- Possess strong written communication skills, coupled with a typing speed of 25 words per minute and a minimum accuracy of 90%.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Comfortable with working from the office located in Hyderabad.
- Prior work experience is not necessary.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in Shipping and Logistics or with a solid understanding of back-office operations.
