Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual verification of unrecognized (OCR) information on invoice headers and partially on-line item levels.
- Conduct quality checks (spot-checks) on recognized information.
- Match line items on invoices with valid purchase orders or transportation orders (trip file).
- Investigate and verify discrepancies against PO/transportation orders, determining the need for a return to business/request for information process.
- Offer feedback to the system owner regarding reconciliation (OCR) quality and invoice-level issues using a ticketing system.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated experience working as an Accounts Payable clerk.
- Strong grasp of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
- Proficient data entry skills coupled with numerical proficiency.
- Practical experience with accounting software.
- Fluency in English and basic proficiency in German (A2 level).
