Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ABAP-based solutions, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows, and Integrations (RICEFW).
- Perform ABAP development, testing, debugging, and performance optimization across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize SAP applications using ABAP Objects, HANA SQL, SAP Fiori, and OData technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and security guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, development artifacts, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and support the timely resolution of production incidents.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adopt emerging technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and solution quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Hands-on experience in ABAP programming, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of ABAP Objects and core SAP development concepts.
- Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori development, OData services, and HANA SQL programming.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to work in either of the following shifts: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
- Knowledge of ABAP RICEFW objects and ABAP data migration processes.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, APIs, and integration technologies.
- Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and debugging tools.
- Awareness of AI-powered development tools and modern software engineering practices.
- SAP certification in ABAP or S/4HANA technologies is an added advantage.
