Key Responsibilities:
- You will embark on an engaging and comprehensive learning experience within the IDA department, where we anticipate your ability to translate acquired knowledge into tangible results across various domains.
- During your tenure, you will undergo four six-month rotations across the following departments, under the guidance of a line manager and a Division Lead from each area:
- Data Quality & Culture and Data Management
- Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Data Science & Applied Artificial Intelligence
- Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling & Data Ingestion.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Final-year students or graduates who will be available full-time starting from July 2024.
- Passionate about innovation, data, and analytics, with a keen interest in solving customer problems.
- Demonstrated academic excellence and active participation in extracurricular activities.
- Possess a creative mindset, curious nature, and willingness to challenge conventional practices.
- Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong inclination towards self-learning.
- Ability to adapt effectively to various situations.
Preferred skills:
- Holds a BA/BSc or higher degree, preferably in Data/IT/Computer Science or Mathematics/Engineering/Sciences.
- Familiarity with application lifecycles and governance principles.
- Experience in software development or coding is desirable.
