Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the application’s full technology stack and its underlying components.
- Develop and implement new user-facing features primarily using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
- Deploy and manage microservices and application components across relevant environments.
- Translate UI designs and wireframes into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Optimize application components to deliver maximum performance across a wide range of web-enabled devices and browsers.
- Provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers as required.
- Actively participate in grooming sessions by reviewing requirements, identifying gaps or potential issues, and providing constructive inputs.
- Take ownership of application design, development, integration testing, quality assurance testing, and production deployment activities.
- Analyze and resolve problem and incident tickets related to distributed application modules.
- Follow a structured, systematic, and standardized approach to development and day-to-day activities.
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies, procedures, and applicable management directives, including changes in work location, team assignment, work shifts, work arrangements, benefits, or work environment based on evolving business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc., or M.Tech degree with a minimum of 16 years of formal education; correspondence courses are not considered.
- Demonstrate strong development experience in Java/J2EE and UI technologies, with hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Demonstrate strong experience in developing and optimizing REST- and SOAP-based web services, along with proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, and MySQL.
- Possess good knowledge of Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
- Possess good knowledge of containerization and cloud technologies.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of application and data security features and practices.
- Possess good knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, Jenkins, and related development tools.
- Demonstrate strong skills in software design, programming, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate the ability to take on versatile roles based on project and business requirements, including development, testing, production support, and related activities.
