Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily customer and vendor master data creation and modification activities for third-party and intra-company requests.
  • Process emergency customer and vendor requests in accordance with established procedures and service requirements.
  • Communicate with requestors to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with customers to analyze queries and provide effective resolutions to ensure high service quality.
  • Apply analytical skills to investigate issues, identify root causes, and resolve operational queries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vendor master data records while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes in day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address queries and resolve discrepancies across business processes.
  • Work effectively with multiple applications and ERP systems to support master data management and transaction processing activities.
  • Ensure proper accounting procedures, internal controls, and compliance requirements are followed during all processing activities.
  • Support team operations by assisting colleagues and contributing to the timely completion of assigned tasks and requests.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA).
  • Demonstrate an understanding of various quality methodologies and process improvement practices.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Be flexible and willing to work in rotational shifts as required by business operations.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SAP, OneSRM, and e-sourcing tools.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency while managing day-to-day responsibilities.
