Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing & EDI:
- Perform invoice validation and registration activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Execute two-way and three-way invoice matching processes and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and processing errors.
- Handle invoice-related queries from internal and external stakeholders and provide timely resolutions.
- Support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes to ensure efficient invoice processing and data accuracy.
Payments:
- Prepare and process payment proposals in accordance with established payment procedures.
- Monitor payment transactions and resolve payment-related exceptions to ensure timely vendor payments.
Vendor Master Data (PARMA):
- Create and maintain new vendor accounts in the system.
- Update and modify existing vendor account information while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Flexibility to work in rotational or any assigned shifts.
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes, systems, and business requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP systems is an added advantage.
