Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex internal and external data sets to evaluate business performance and support the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives.
- Identify, extract, and compile data from multiple sources using tools such as SQL, Access, and other data management platforms to measure, predict, and improve key business outcomes.
- Gather, document, and validate data requirements while supporting data collection, processing, cleansing, and exploratory data analysis activities.
- Apply statistical techniques, analytical models, algorithms, and data visualization methods to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain analytical solutions that enable stakeholders to monitor performance, identify trends, and optimize business processes.
- Perform advanced data analysis and predictive modeling activities typically associated with Data Science functions.
- Support specialized analytical initiatives across domains such as Marketing, Risk Management, Digital Analytics, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
- Assess and manage risk effectively when making business decisions by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Safeguard the organization’s reputation, clients, and assets by maintaining high ethical standards, adhering to governance requirements, and promoting transparent business practices.
- Identify, escalate, manage, and report control issues in a timely manner while supporting a strong risk and compliance culture across the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Required Skills:
- Possess 1-6 years of experience in Data Science or a related analytical field.
- Demonstrate strong data retrieval, extraction, manipulation, and analysis capabilities.
- Have practical experience working in quantitative, statistical, or data-driven environments.
- Exhibit strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix-driven work environment.
- Adapt quickly to changing business requirements and work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
