Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily customer and vendor master data creation and modification activities for both third-party and intra-company requests, including the processing of emergency requests as required.
- Review requests for discrepancies, coordinate with requestors for resolution, and provide necessary support and assistance to Siemens business units.
- Collaborate with customers to analyze queries and ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Apply strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve queries efficiently.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Ensure accurate accounting practices and adherence to internal controls while processing transactions.
- Apply knowledge of various quality methodologies to maintain process standards and consistency.
- Maintain high accuracy in customer and vendor master data for both third-party and intra-company records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address queries and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Work across multiple applications and ERP systems to manage and process data efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in night shifts or early morning shifts as required.
- Possess strong proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
