Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and maintain accurate, complete, and timely environmental datasets while addressing the global interests and requirements of various business divisions, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with team members and management on multiple initiatives related to Trucost/ESG operations to support organizational objectives.
- Collect, standardize, and validate data related to business relations, competitors, products, and services from companies’ published reports.
- Achieve predefined individual and team targets by consistently delivering outcomes with a strong focus on quality and excellence.
- Operate within defined parameters and supervision to ensure adherence to established quality and performance standards.
- Stay updated with content knowledge and continuously build industry expertise by understanding emerging trends and reporting standards.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving data collection methodologies and enhancing products related to respective processes.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while providing ongoing support to the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science (passing year 2025 or 2026) as a fresher candidate.
- Demonstrate willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Possess strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
- Exhibit the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment while adhering to flexible schedules and meeting deadlines.
- Have effective written and verbal communication skills along with strong computer proficiency.
- Hold ESG-related certifications, which would be considered an added advantage.
- Be well-versed in research activities, including internet searching, and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

- Exhibit an inquisitive and investigative mindset with a strong inclination toward research.
