Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation, cleansing, and transformation of process event data to enable accurate analysis and modeling.
- Assist in conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within process data.
- Contribute to the development of data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate insights using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly Dash.
- Collaborate with data scientists to design, implement, and validate features and metrics for process performance measurement and predictive models.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of process data models and data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple enterprise systems, including SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, for comprehensive process analysis.
- Support process mining initiatives by preparing event logs and assisting with analytical activities on platforms such as Celonis EMS or SAP Signavio.
- Contribute to documentation, testing, and quality assurance activities for analytical and reporting deliverables.
- Develop a foundational understanding of Responsible AI and Explainable AI (XAI) principles and practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 0–2 years of experience in data analytics or data science, with exposure to data preparation, analysis, and visualization activities.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of machine learning and statistical techniques applied to structured or event-based data.
- Show proficiency in Python and SQL, along with hands-on experience using data manipulation libraries such as pandas and NumPy.
- Have experience or exposure to data visualization tools and frameworks, including Power BI, Tableau, Plotly Dash, and Matplotlib.
- Be familiar with process event or behavioral data and understand event log structures, including case IDs, activities, and timestamps.
- Bring exposure to process-mining platforms such as Celonis EMS, SAP Signavio, or open-source frameworks like PM4Py and ProM, which is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrate knowledge of data quality principles, ETL concepts, and data pipeline design.
- Show strong interest and enthusiasm for learning AI/ML, process analytics, and MLOps practices in enterprise environments.
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Apply a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with close attention to detail.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and apply process-oriented data science and analytical methodologies.
- Have an understanding of feature engineering, data wrangling, and data quality management techniques.
- Possess academic or project-based experience in process simulations or operations research.
- Stay aware of professional data science communities and demonstrate willingness to engage for continuous learning and professional growth.
