Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems and services.
- Develop high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using Java and Go programming languages in accordance with coding standards and best practices.
- Leverage technologies such as ElastiCache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Amazon SQS, DynamoDB, and related tools to build reliable and efficient backend solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural and development best practices.
- Contribute to system architecture and design discussions to support the development of new features, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and non-production issues, while optimizing system performance and addressing scalability challenges.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech graduates from the 2024 or 2025 batches with academic knowledge in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong programming proficiency in Java and/or Go.
- Foundational understanding of backend development concepts, frameworks, and technologies.
- Basic knowledge of database systems and data modeling principles.
- Strong interest in learning and working with modern technologies such as ElastiCache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Amazon SQS, and DynamoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively within a team-oriented work environment.
- Basic familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), as well as version control systems (e.g., Git).
