Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalated service issues effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Work independently and make strategic decisions based on data, insights, and professional experience.
  • Support client onboarding activities and ensure compliance with AML and KYC requirements, including appropriate risk assessments.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to identify AML typologies and prepare accurate reports documenting the findings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Analyze transaction data to identify suspicious patterns and verify transaction legitimacy by engaging with bankers and customers to obtain the necessary information.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze large volumes of unstructured data.
  • Strong client-focused approach with excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with strong digital literacy.
  • Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to resolve internal and external customer concerns effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of KYC and AML policies, with experience in risk management, auditing, or process improvement.
  • Ability to motivate and collaborate effectively with teams using empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience working with mainframe and PC-based systems, as well as digital process automation tools.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong resilience and adaptability, with the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
