Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a team member, actively collaborating with colleagues.

- Escalate issues as required to ensure timely resolution.

- Implement defined tasks and assist in implementing simple features or test cases under guidance.
- Write and execute tests in defined product areas, documenting any issues found.
- Execute prewritten tests, document encountered problems, and assist in system setup and maintenance as part of the team.
- Provide initial analysis of problems within defined areas and assist in gathering information for debugging and resolution.
- Fix defects within defined code areas, address simple problems with assistance, create clear and accurate change or patch documentation, and review test cases for clarity and accuracy.
- Handle Contacts and UCFs (User Communication Forms) within defined product areas with guidance, and help expedite resolutions.
- Work effectively in virtual teams and receive guidance from team members across different locations.
- Participate in innovation activities as part of the team and contribute to the creation of knowledge documents.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is required.
- No prior professional experience is required; internship or co-op experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of engineering concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions, business units, and geographical regions.
- Ability to communicate task-related information clearly with clients.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good command of the English language.
