Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage large-scale, high-throughput data systems capable of processing massive datasets efficiently.
- Develop complex and scalable software solutions using Python and Java technologies.
- Design, develop, and optimize distributed data pipelines using Apache Spark.
- Engineer low-latency, high-performance batch and streaming data processing systems.
- Work with Cassandra and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Spring Boot-based microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with AWS (Kiro) and Microsoft Copilot technology stacks for cloud-based solution development.
- Develop MCP-based applications and integrate them with enterprise systems and platforms.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines across network, service, customer, and operational data domains.
- Engineer data pipelines for embeddings, vector databases, and intelligent retrieval systems.
- Implement end-to-end DataOps and MLOps pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, and CI/CD practices.
- Ensure system scalability, observability, reliability, and overall performance optimization.
- Manage and mitigate FOSS (Free & Open Source Software) vulnerabilities through security scanning, monitoring, and patch management practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong expertise in Python and Java with experience in developing production-grade applications and systems.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark (PySpark, Scala, or Java) for distributed data processing and large-scale analytics.
- Proven ability to design, optimize, and maintain high-volume, low-latency systems.
- Strong knowledge of Cassandra, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, and NoSQL database design and data modeling.
- Experience in developing scalable APIs and microservices using Spring Boot architecture.
- Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong working knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in vulnerability management and implementing non-functional requirements such as alarm handling, logging, monitoring, and fault management.
- Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Generative AI data pipelines.
- Exposure to developer copilots and AI-assisted coding tools for enhanced software development productivity.
Preferred Skills:
- Telecom OSS/BSS domain knowledge, including both business processes and data systems.
- Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar modern data platforms.
- Understanding of AI observability, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
