Key Responsibilities:
- Extract data from multiple databases to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Build and execute queries independently using SQL to retrieve and analyze data.
- Integrate data from various sources to generate trends and insights.
- Develop and present clear findings and recommendations by transforming data into a cohesive story.
- Create, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to assist regional and global operations.
- Develop analytical frameworks to support the company’s entry into new markets and the launch of new products.
- Serve as a big-picture problem solver and strategic partner by providing data-driven solutions.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and technical expertise to drive impactful decisions and optimizations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- At least 1 year of work experience in data processing, analysis, and/or automation within Finance, Tech, FMCG, or Consulting industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent working knowledge of SQL, Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining complex dashboards using Tableau.
- Experience in stakeholder management and change management, with the ability to understand the business need behind requests.
- Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to perform recurring responsibilities with care, precision, and attention to detail.
