Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experimentation with state-of-the-art generative AI models, including LLMs, diffusion models, and audio/video synthesis models.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, develop prototypes, and demonstrate solutions for various business use cases.
- Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve the contextual relevance and accuracy of generative AI outputs.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance across diverse tasks and business domains.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient AI-driven solutions tailored to various team and business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate AI solutions, gather feedback, and refine outcomes.
- Design, develop, and manage scalable deployment pipelines for AI models using Azure and other cloud platforms.
- Benchmark and evaluate AI/ML services across Azure, AWS, and GCP based on performance, cost, scalability, and efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Passion for AI/ML research, automation, and innovation, with a proactive approach to learning and adopting new AI frameworks and tools.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-impact results.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly.
