Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent oversight of enterprise-wide models, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models used across marketing, credit, fraud, and other business or risk domains.
- Perform gap assessments and establish a comprehensive framework to strengthen model risk controls and ensure compliance with heightened regulatory expectations.
- Conduct AI/ML research to identify new opportunities and set internal guidelines that address regulatory requirements, enhance model quality, and drive measurable business impact.
- Communicate analytical findings, model performance, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and various model governance committees.

Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field from a top-tier institute.
- 0–4 years of experience in analytics or big data-related workstreams.
Functional Skills:
- Practical experience in model development or model validation.
- Strong analytical skills combined with project and relationship management abilities to drive validation initiatives.
- Preferably experienced in applying advanced statistical and quantitative techniques to solve business problems.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
- Willingness to partner with cross-functional teams to execute validations and deliver project outcomes.
- Capable of effectively communicating complex analytical findings to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Adaptable and flexible in managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in at least one data manipulation tool such as R, Python, SQL, or SAS is essential.
