Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively as a member of a self-organized Agile team responsible for building, owning, and operating the service.
- Contribute to all phases of service development, including front-end, back-end, DevOps, and quality assurance activities.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the service by managing monitoring, alerting, metrics collection, logging, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and product owners to understand technical and business requirements and implement robust, scalable solutions.
- Analyze current system behavior to identify and implement continuous improvements in scalability, reliability, usability, and security.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong understanding of fundamental programming concepts.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, Python, C#, or Java.
- Basic knowledge of web services, including RESTful APIs.
- Good grasp of software design patterns and design paradigms.
- Commitment to high-quality development with a focus on performance and security.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and a strong drive to implement best practices.
- Passionate, adaptable, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to project ownership.
- Experience working with the AWS cloud stack is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with the OIDC (OpenID Connect) stack is preferred.
- UI development experience using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of web services, including RESTful architecture.
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, and DynamoDB.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues across multiple system components.
- Understanding of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain is beneficial.
