Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the pre-sales process by leveraging an understanding of business requirements to provide effective technical input and recommend appropriate solution offerings.
- Apply technology knowledge to understand and define customer and partner requirements, constraints, and business needs under appropriate guidance and direction.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of intellectual property (IP) and leverage relevant IP to successfully complete assigned project tasks. Identify and communicate areas requiring knowledge refresh or improvement.
- Identify project issues and risks and collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, including Project Managers, to address and resolve them effectively.
- Identify opportunities to expand and accelerate the adoption and consumption of cloud and Microsoft technologies among customers and partners.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer, partner, and stakeholder relationships and identify key drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, including underlying root causes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Must have at least one academic semester or term remaining after completion of the internship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess relevant technical certifications aligned with the applicable domain or service line, such as Azure, Security, or Dynamics certifications.
- Possess certifications in Delivery Management methodologies, such as Scrum, Agile, Change Management, or Project Management.
