Key Responsibilities:
Foundational Project Support & Learning:
- Assist in engineering tasks and project activities as assigned by the Team Leader or Senior Engineer.
- Gain an understanding of project scope, objectives, and requirements during or after TO meetings.
- Review project inputs, identify initial queries, and seek guidance from Senior Engineers or the Team Leader whenever required.
Basic Deliverable Preparation & Quality Checks:
- Prepare engineering designs, programming, graphics, estimates, or related project deliverables under close supervision while adhering to established Siemens standards and guidelines.
- Perform preliminary quality checks on assigned work to ensure accuracy and compliance before submission.
- Develop a strong understanding of quality control processes and continuously improve deliverable quality.
Active Learning & Team Engagement:
- Proactively seek clarification from Senior Engineers and Team Leaders on technical concepts, project methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving activities while building technical knowledge and professional skills.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and engineering processes to support project execution.
Task Execution & Reporting:
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within the specified timelines while providing regular progress updates to the Senior Engineer or Team Leader.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of work hours by updating timesheets in accordance with organizational requirements.
- Follow assigned instructions, adhere to project schedules, and support the successful completion of project objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) with a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in the English language.
- Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to understand and interpret customer requirements, identify their needs, and resolve issues in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Ability to adapt to changing business demands and competing priorities while effectively managing time and consistently meeting established deadlines.
