Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist in posting job openings across various recruitment platforms and job portals.
- Conduct initial candidate communication, schedule interviews, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring records with accuracy.
- Prepare and manage recruitment-related documentation, including offer letters, onboarding forms, and other required documents.
- Coordinate effectively between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to enhance the organization’s talent acquisition efforts.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
