Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business lines supported and the complete business cycle, including Contract, Service, and Billing processes, as well as the functions of Sales, Sales Operations, Contract Management, Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, SAP Reporting, Cash Application, Operations, and Client Services.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting strict deadlines and demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment by applying product and process knowledge to make informed decisions while performing assigned responsibilities.
- Perform quality control checks in collaboration with the team to ensure all completed tasks are thoroughly reviewed, validated, and compliant with established quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, or B.A. (Economics). Fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch are eligible to apply, with a specialization in Finance preferred.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evening and night shifts, based on business requirements. The primary shift timing is 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, while knowledge of SQL, Power Query, and Python will be considered an added advantage.
