Key Responsibilities:
- Gain knowledge and practical experience in the assigned area of specialization or functional domain.
- Develop an understanding of the services and solutions offered within the assigned function.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments relevant to the functional area.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the assigned department.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, manage logistics, and maintain filing and record-keeping systems.
- Assist in preparing and distributing reports while reviewing system data for accuracy.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data errors or discrepancies, or escalate them when necessary.
- Provide support to clients on low-complexity inquiries and maintain accurate records of client queries.
- Contribute to client engagement activities and support the overall success of the team.
- Participate in assigned business-focused projects by conducting research and proposing innovative ideas and solutions.
- Assist in gathering, organizing, and preparing research materials and business information.
- Create, update, and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations for business and client requirements.
