Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced test frameworks and automation tools to support large-scale test execution.
- Execute automated test cases to identify defects, validate fixes, and ensure software quality.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and frameworks to enhance test efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Develop and integrate AI assistants and chatbots to support test execution, defect triaging, and knowledge retrieval.
- Apply Generative AI to improve productivity through automated test case generation, YAML and configuration creation, log analysis, and root cause identification.
- Continuously enhance test coverage, automation, and performance benchmarking to ensure reliable and scalable deployments.
- Research and implement domain-specific AI models and foundational technologies for network automation, model safety, and intelligent observability.
- Drive the successful qualification and deployment of complex networking solutions by leveraging expertise in network automation, AI-driven innovation, and customer-focused solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with at least 1 year of professional experience, or a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based productivity tools, chatbot frameworks, or automation assistants.
- Preferred qualification: CCNA certification with knowledge of NETCONF, REST APIs, gNMI, gRPC, and OpenConfig/YANG models.
- Familiarity with network automation tools such as PyTest, Ansible, Jenkins, and Robot Framework.
- Strong expertise in Linux operating systems and Bash/Unix shell scripting.
- Basic understanding of networking protocols and technologies.
