Key Responsibilities:
- Document business processes, systems, and user requirements by reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating existing workflows.
- Implement system, policy, and process improvements to resolve operational issues and enhance business efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
- Develop process reengineering solutions to address workflow gaps and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with change control policies by creating, updating, and maintaining process documentation and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships effectively while delivering high-quality results with professionalism and accountability.
- Lead cross-functional teams and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 3+ years of professional experience with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to consistently meet client requirements, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, mentor team members, and adapt to flexible work schedules based on business needs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in project management is preferred.
- Experience in providing project support is preferred.
- Possession of a FINRA Series 7 license is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MORCOM and JPMorgan CONNECT platforms is preferred.
