Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI, machine learning, and analytics solutions to solve engineering and business challenges.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, and Verification Engineers to develop AI-powered engineering productivity tools and workflow automation solutions.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data from requirements, defect reports, test results, quality systems, documentation, and operational processes to generate meaningful insights.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and feature engineering to prepare complex datasets for machine learning applications.
- Build, evaluate, deploy, and maintain machine learning models for predictive analytics, descriptive analytics, and generative AI use cases.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications to enhance engineering knowledge management and process automation.
- Prepare, cleanse, validate, and assess data quality to ensure accurate and reliable AI model development.
- Design dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and technical documentation to communicate analytical findings and model performance effectively.
- Support Responsible AI initiatives by contributing to model governance, validation, traceability, and compliance processes.
- Research and adopt emerging AI technologies to identify innovative solutions for healthcare engineering challenges.
- Participate in prototype development, experimentation, and proof-of-concept initiatives to advance future AI-enabled engineering capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, Software Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with data science, machine learning, and AI frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent.
- Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, and OpenAI or Azure OpenAI APIs.
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, statistics, probability, data structures, algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques for data analysis and processing.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and applying AI to solve real-world business and engineering challenges.
Preferred Skills:
- Internship or project experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Software Development.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and modern software development practices.
- Exposure to healthcare, medical devices, quality management systems, or other regulated environments.
- Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
