Key Responsibilities:
- Write, execute, and validate basic SQL queries to verify data accuracy and maintain data relationships.
- Assist in troubleshooting datasets and data pipelines by identifying and resolving data-related issues.
- Support platform operations by monitoring scheduled jobs, tracking performance, and assisting with issue triage.
- Assist with audit activities, governance processes, and user access reviews to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Enhance existing scripts and automate repetitive workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Generate platform health, performance, and usage reports to support monitoring and decision-making.
- Support AI-enabled tools by validating outputs, documenting results, and ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and FAQs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
Required Skills:
- Possess a basic understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Demonstrate foundational programming skills in Python, PowerShell, or a similar programming language.
- Have a good understanding of data concepts, including tables, schemas, and data granularity.
- Possess basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and understand the differences between AI-driven solutions and traditional automation.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail with the ability to create and maintain accurate documentation.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a structured, collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Have a strong interest in data platforms, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce clear documentation.
