Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable full-stack applications and services to meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement high-quality software solutions.
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux, Thunk, HTML, and CSS frameworks.
- Build, enhance, and support backend services using ASP.NET Web API, C#, .NET Core, and SQL technologies.
- Participate actively in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, development, testing, and retrospectives.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to development standards.
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and adapt to evolving business and technical requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance, scalability, and development efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, extend, and test digital tools and software services.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs and user-facing web applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to debug production issues across multiple services and technology stacks.
- Ability to identify design challenges and develop effective, user-centric solutions.
- Experience collaborating with product owners to gather, refine, prioritize, and estimate business and technical requirements.
- Ability to work with architects and technical teams to contribute to architecture discussions and promote software development best practices.
- Experience creating and executing comprehensive test plans and test scenarios to ensure the quality of new and modified software components.
- Strong commitment to fostering a culture of openness, honesty, and transparency within teams.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and promote Agile ways of working.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to end-user experiences.
- Strong understanding of user needs through business requirements, user research, market analysis, customer feedback, and usability studies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
Preferred Skills:
- Typically possesses 5+ years of experience in software development and application engineering.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software engineering best practices.
- Experience working within Agile development methodologies and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions in Microsoft Azure.
- Experience developing modern, public-facing user interfaces and APIs consumed by multiple teams or applications.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Strong development experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure SQL.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based applications and solutions.
- Ability to navigate complex business environments and manage project dependencies effectively.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automation, and scripting using PowerShell, Terraform, and YAML.
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and the ability to challenge assumptions while collaborating with stakeholders across departments.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business and technical requirements.
