Key Responsibilities:
- Publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and within established timelines.
- Support the delivery of ad hoc reports based on business and operational requirements.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Monitor and track SLA, KPI, and operational performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations related to governance, reporting, incident management, change management, and survey management.
- Assist in maintaining and improving governance frameworks, reporting standards, and operational controls.
- Analyze business and operational data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Contribute to automation and analytics initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor, maintain, and safeguard organizational information in accordance with established governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to information governance processes and accountability frameworks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess decent communication skills with a professional presence.
- Demonstrate experience in reporting contractual metrics and operational KPIs.
- Exhibit adaptability to changing business and operational requirements.
- Ability to work effectively across a highly matrixed organizational structure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced knowledge of Excel formulas and functions.
- Ability to create meaningful and impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
