Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise across various Human Resources Operations (HRO) domains, including Travel Insurance, Health & Welfare, COBRA, Medicare, HIPAA, 401(k), Payroll, Visa and Immigration, Employee Onboarding and Assimilation, Recruitment, U.S. HR Policies, Severance Pay, Workforce Transitions, U.S. Tax Documentation (W-2/W-4), and Full & Final Settlements, while providing first-level support to employees.
- Perform day-to-day HR operational activities and manage employee helpdesk inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and process international transfers, temporary employee conversions, and internal employee transfers.
- Maintain and update employee personal information, including citizenship, marital status, preferred name, legal name, and educational qualifications.
- Process organizational changes for employees, including manager changes, position changes, job title updates, shift changes, and cost center or cost code modifications.
- Assist managers in initiating and completing employee lifecycle transactions in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with staffing and recruitment teams to resolve new hire discrepancies and ensure accurate employee onboarding.
- Manage termination processing for regular full-time employees, interns, temporary staff, consultants, and contractors while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee records and HR transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR operations and deliver a positive employee experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
Certifications:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is preferred.
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification is an added advantage.
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification is desirable.
Required Skills:
- Experience in employee consultation and providing HR guidance on workplace matters.
- Proficiency in employee data management, including maintaining accurate and confidential HR records.
- Knowledge of employee experience initiatives and employee engagement programs.
- Ability to effectively manage employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Experience in performance evaluation management and employee assessment processes.
- Strong understanding of performance management principles, frameworks, and best practices.
