Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and develop a comprehensive understanding of the IAFIS application and its functionalities.
- Handle incoming calls from Indian Army personnel and assist them with using the IAFIS application, including providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
- Create, manage, and assign support tickets through the ticket management system to ensure timely resolution of queries and issues.
- Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective resolution of customer requirements.
