Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor international business travelers and ensure compliance with applicable mobility policies, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Proactively identify, assess, and address potential compliance and risk issues related to tax, immigration, employment law, and regulatory obligations.
- Manage the day-to-day compensation administration process for globally mobile employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee the collection, validation, and maintenance of compensation data for assignment and relocation programs.
- Ensure all payroll and non-payroll assignment-related compensation components are accurately captured and processed for payroll and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with external vendors, including relocation and tax service providers, to support compensation and mobility-related processes.
- Partner closely with payroll teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of expatriate compensation.
- Prepare and coordinate monthly and year-end compensation reports, ensuring payroll instructions are submitted within established deadlines.
- Maintain and support assignment management systems and related databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and up-to-date records.
- Generate, review, and manage assignment-related documentation in accordance with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with case managers and key stakeholders to evaluate operational processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support mobility operations by ensuring efficient process execution, data management, and compliance across employee assignments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different geographic locations and cultures.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
