Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist third-party developers in troubleshooting integrations with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce developer products, ensuring issues are thoroughly investigated, debugged, and resolved.
  • Develop sample code, client libraries, and contribute to open-source projects to support the developer ecosystem.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation to improve operational efficiency and empower the developer community.
  • Resolve customer service issues and effectively manage complex technical support cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage customer expectations and deliver a high-quality support experience that drives customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth technical expertise in assigned product areas and leverage this knowledge to provide effective customer support.
  • Assist in the design, development, and delivery of product-related and technical training programs.
  • Review support cases to ensure technical accuracy, troubleshooting effectiveness, and adherence to support standards.
  • Define, document, and promote technical best practices for customers and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for product and service expansion and effectively communicate Salesforce solutions to customers in a clear, accurate, and persuasive manner.
  • Complete assigned project tasks and responsibilities within established timelines and quality standards.
  • Achieve monthly performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and productivity metrics.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, with a strong academic background preferred.
  • Possess 2 to 8 years of experience in software engineering, application development, or programming.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in modern JavaScript development.
  • Possess expertise in Apex development, including both synchronous and asynchronous processing.
  • Have experience designing and implementing integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
  • Demonstrate strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
  • Possess working knowledge of Visualforce development and customization.
  • Have experience with Salesforce Sites, Communities, and the Force.com platform.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SOQL and SOSL for data querying and search operations.
  • Have experience with deployment tools and processes, including Metadata API, ANT Migration Tool, and Salesforce CLI.
  • Possess hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and Process Builder for workflow automation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of authentication mechanisms, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Auth Providers.
  • Have experience with event-driven architecture concepts, including Platform Events, Streaming API, and Change Data Capture.
  • Possess knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Demonstrate experience in mobile application development and mobile platform integrations.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a solid understanding of internet technologies, including firewalls, web servers, and proxy servers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS), database concepts, and SQL.

Preferred Skills:

  • Have prior experience working with Salesforce CRM and related Salesforce technologies.
  • Possess experience contributing to open-source projects as a committer or active contributor.
  • Hold the Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) certification.
  • Hold the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM211) certification.
  • Hold the Salesforce Certified Developer (DEV401) certification.
